Our Poem

He asks no questions, there are no ties
Except through trust and loving eyes,
For the Shepherd whose gentle ways
He knows through cold or sunny days.
They tend the flock in the glow of dawn
With orphans fed, content and warm,
Until in the early breath of Spring
The lambs can play as skylarks sing.
