A Child's Palamino

Our Poem

We remember the days when skies were blue
With a pony to treasure all summer through,
A friend, a dog side by side
Carefree, with time to ride.
In the meadows we 'd find a cooling stream
Then walls through the woods, chatter and dream
Or wander down lanes past fields of wheat
To the village green with more friends to meet,
They were lazy days, pony days and fun
With a touch of magic in the sun.
