Christmas Santa

Our Poem

There are children asleep all over the world
Eyes tightly shut, in beds safely curled,
Dreaming of Jesus born in a stall
And Santa with reindeer on chimney pots tall.
Of a donkey who travelled all through the night
His way brightly lit by a star shining bright,
Jingling sleigh bells heard in their dream
As Santa is guided by a dancing moonbeam,
Presents he'll leave for each girl and boy
Touching their dreams with hope and with joy,
As they peep in the manger where the baby lay
Who gave them all their first Christmas Day.
