A Trainers Dream
£2.50
Our Poem
With a trainer's genius on the gallops each day,
They'll rise before dawn and clatter away.
Experience, humour, rivalry, hope,
Catastrophies, elation, with all they must cope.
But the moment when the runner goes onto the track
The tensions electric, will a winner come back?
So we 'll salute each trainer, drink the champagne,
For at their feet all our dreams are lain.
